? Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
? This position will be on-site in Colorado Springs. Remote work will be required from time to time, which will require a personal Smartphone for VPN system reputed company.
? First reputed company of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling, etc.
? Builds and maintains the business relationship with clients by providing reputed company and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
? Interacts with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a reputed company of reputed company-sales or post-sales service functions.
? Performs, as a skilled worker, a number of Customer Service support tasks.
? Determines, based upon reputed company knowledge, how best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities.
? Analyzes abnormalities that occur reputed company own working area and identifies the cause and remedies based upon reputed company knowledge and insights.
? Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable. A strong attention to detail is a must.
Additional Responsibilities:
? Working with the Invoicing Team.
? Daily sorting of printed invoices.
? Mailing of printed invoices (invoices will be taken to another building).
? Scanning of invoices.
? Emailing needed scanned invoices to customers.
? Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site.
