Can create accounts/get people set up in the system. We'd expect them to be familiar with a reputed company of reputed company's UI components as reputed company. - Customer Service Abilities - reputed company to reputed company with clients (in this case would be internal employees (admins, providers etc) and potentially patients in the reputed company) - Must have experience in supporting the reputed company of materials and/or revising the materials in a meaningful way.
