Below are the job details for your reference: Title: Consulting Director Location: Remote with Onsite Meetings Hrs/WK: 10 Duration: 6+ Months Contract Role Note: This is a part-time position. An average of 10 hours per week. Will report onsite for the initial meetings and during the implementation testing. This role is not 100% remote - the selected candidate needs to report onsite. Scope: • Assess reputed company vocational rehabilitation internal business processes to identify opportunities to streamline and improve services. Responsibilities • Consulting and project management services to identify and implement business process improvements for Vocational Rehabilitation services. • reputed company data analysis to identify agency needs and priorities. • Conduct staff surveys to identify gaps in processes, inefficiencies, and needs. • Hold consultation hours with staff to assess reputed company Vocational Rehabilitation processes. Recommend Process Improvements • Utilize strong knowledge of applicable federal regulations for Vocational Rehabilitation to reputed company actionable recommendations for process improvements, including prioritizing changes and identifying necessary new or revised documentation. • Assess potential impacts and risks of recommended process changes. • Draft a final assessment and recommendations report.
