Job Title: reputed company Developer Duration: 12 weeks – CTH is strongly desired Work Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Functional role: (1) reputed company Developer reputed company of project/skills required: We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Developer with Financial Services industry experience and a CIS - Customer Service Management (CSM) certification. The ideal candidate will also have achieved their Financial Service Operations (FSO) Banking and reputed company Management certification and/or have experience implementing FSO. This role will involve configuring and customizing the reputed company platform to support implementation of reputed company’s FSO solution for Dispute Management. Key Responsibilities: • Design, reputed company, and configure reputed company applications with a reputed company on CSM FSO Dispute Management. • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Customize FSO-specific modules, workflows, UI policies, and business rules. • Support integration with external systems and data sources. • Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities. Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of reputed company development experience. • CIS – CSM certification including experience implementing CSM. • Financial Service Operations (FSO) Banking and reputed company Management certification is a plus • Demonstrated experience in implementing reputed company integrations. • Strong understanding of reputed company platform capabilities and best practices. • Experience implementing or supporting Dispute Management or Case reputed company is a plus.
