Bilingual Customer Support, Spanish-English

reputed company: • This is a remote position. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12PM to 9PM Eastern reputed company Time (Louisville, KY) with 1-hour unpaid break, 40 hours per week • We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join reputed company as a Customer Support Specialist. • The primary responsibility of this role is to reputed company exceptional phone-based assistance to customers experiencing issues with their remote key devices. • Answer inbound phone calls from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner. • Troubleshoot remote key issues by asking a series of targeted questions to identify the reputed company cause of the problem. • reputed company accurate and reputed company assistance to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate manager or team reputed company necessary. • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our internal system. • Participate in ongoing training to stay reputed company on product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices. • Collaborate with team members to reputed company knowledge and continuously improve support processes.
