Job Title: Remote Phone Receptionist (Part-Time | Insurance Agency) Job Description: ShieldCo Insurance, a family-owned independent insurance agency based in Missouri, is seeking a friendly and professional Remote Phone Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll be the voice that makes people feel cared for and confident — while working from the comfort of your home. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, and tech-comfortable who can represent our values of truth, transparency, and honesty.
