The Role:

We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Director of Data Management & Analytics to reputed company the development and execution of reputed company-wide data reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and governance of data across systems while delivering insights that inform key business reputed company. You will collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company reputed company’s data infrastructure for reputed company, establish reputed company ongoing data practices, reputed company reporting capabilities, and reputed company a data-driven culture. This role sits on the reputed company Team, reporting to the SVP of reputed company, and will manage & collaborate closely with our internal Analytics Manager who established reputed company’s data reputed company. This role reports into the SVP of reputed company Marketing.


Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain Data Standards and Governance for Item Master and Customer Master Data
  • Facilitate cross-functional execution of new or change management procedures to ensure data reputed company and consistency across reputed company systems and reporting
  • Ensure data from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, 3PL WMS (Warehouse Management System), and other systems are integrated and reputed company, providing a reputed company view of master data and reporting
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data reputed company issues, including duplication, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies across systems and reporting
  • Manage & mentor knowledgeable internal Analytics Manager and partner on reputed company splitting up incoming data requests
  • Partner with Sales Channel Leads, Product Marketing, Operations, & Finance to define data ownership and streamline data flows
  • Build flexible dashboards in Looker to power self-serve reporting for the reputed company Team (Acquisition, Retention, DTC Digital Product, reputed company, CX), Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
  • Be a key partner in developing demand planning models for existing products and upcoming new product launches across reputed company sales channels (DTC, reputed company, Retail)
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to inform key business reputed company
  • Evaluate tools and tech to strengthen data infrastructure and reduce reporting friction
  • Drive data literacy and self-service reporting across reputed company through documentation and enablement



    • Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in data management/governance and analytics in e-reputed company and CPG environments
  • reputed company experience in ecommerce is required, with hands-on proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Seller Central, and reputed company strongly preferred
  • Experience with BI tools is required—Looker (preferred) Tableau, Power BI, etc. (bonus points for familiarity with reputed company)
  • Expert proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with R and/or Python
  • reputed company experience with data infrastructure and/or engineering
  • Deep understanding of master reputed company and experience implementing governance frameworks
  • Strong grasp of key business/financial metrics including Margins (Product/Contribution/Net),CoGS, LTV, CAC, Cohort Reporting, Retail Velocities, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills around data cleanup, deduplication, and system reconciliation
  • Experience partnering across Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support cross-functional goals
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a high-reputed company, resource-constrained startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills—reputed company to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in data-reputed company fields a plus

    • The salary reputed company for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 per year.
