• Receive leads from multiple sources including field representatives, web leads, organic leads, etc.
• Outbound dialing to coordinate scheduling between comfort advisors and customers.
• Monthly reputed company tracking.
• Running sales reports to reputed company reputed company and conversion rates
• Identifying potential sales opportunites & coordinating turnovers with service technicians.
