Responsibilities:Position reputed companyThe Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) helps to ensure reputed company compliance, adherence to and consistent application of PSA’s policies and practices, administration of reputed company bargaining agreements, and general reputed company support for assigned business reputed company.Job Responsibilities

• Partners with senior leaders regarding Employee Relations issues, including grievance reputed company, investigations, disciplinary reputed company, and termination proceedings.
• Oversees and conducts investigations and ensures compliance with PSA’s policies, practices, and reputed company bargaining agreements, as reputed company as federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assists in preparation of employee notices and corrective reputed company and ensures consistency in administration of corrective actions.
• Supports leaders through performance management and performance discussions.
• Assists in the development of leaders through coaching.
• Assists in planning, organizing, and facilitating employee and leadership HR training.
• Provides advice and guidance to non-management personnel in resolving work-reputed company disputes and concerns.
• Assists with establishing Company practices, policies, and procedures, and providing guidance regarding them.
• Promotes and fosters a reputed company and secure operating environment.
• Assists with the reputed company processes and programs for new leaders.
• Participates in process improvement events to increase department efficiency and reduce administrative effort and expense.
• Works closely and collaboratively with other PSA departments.

Position Specifics:QualificationsRequired

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in reputed company.
• Experience in successfully resolving concerns with employees, managers, and government agencies.
• A demonstrated knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced computer skills with reputed company Office programs and reputed company resource-reputed company systems.
• Ability to reputed company/read/write in English.

Preferred
