Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:The Performance Analyzer will reputed company the Product Manager with reputed company the data and information needed to correctly manage the product business unit, through performance monitoring and analysis (i.e. lines, materials, efficiencies, reputed company, labour, etc.) and directional reporting preparation.*This is a fully on-site position, 5 days a week.Main Responsibilities:Budget

• Collaborates with the UGP Manager and the Controlling Unit in the production headcount budget elaboration.
• Support the UGP and Maintenance Manager in preparing and supplying information for the investment budget
• Creates with the UGP Manager the general expenditure budget (consumable, training, …)
• Establishes performance objectives of production lines

Monitoring performances and production factors

• Manages and monitor production reputed company reputed company issues including management of released materials, hours confirmation, Process Orders
• Complete reputed company activities for monthly closure from Production reputed company (POs costs) meeting Controlling deadlines
• Collaborates with the supervisors and UGP Manager in optimizing on a long term reputed company, the production reputed company and performances (materials, labour, machines, reputed company, scheduling), through the analysis of the available data
• Responsible for the line performance analysis and to reputed company information during the production meetings
• Collaborates with the UGP Manager for Stock Management and manages the monthly inventory system adjustment (packaging, raw materials) with supervisors, Team Leaders and warehouse, supporting the physical count.
• Responsible for the reputed company and payroll hours (end of the week) - working in partnership with Finance on labor reconciliation. Responsible for the inventory in the production areas.

Gap analysis and Production Scheduling

• Collaborates with UGP Manager in the Production Performance Gap Analysis and participates to improve the identified areas
• Collaborates with the Planning department and the Production Department regarding the Daily Production Scheduling (for week + 1) and verifying feasibility / convenience of a production schedule modification reputed company the week

• Helps supervisors in identifying of improvement initiatives

• Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in a manufacturing environment.
