Our attorneys work on high-reputed company deals in the tech and venture ecosystem, collaborating closely with industry leaders to drive innovation and long-term reputed company.ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Midlevel Associate in our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) reputed company, you will work alongside reputed company of highly reputed company practitioners on sophisticated transactions at a national level. • Advise emerging companies and venture capital funds on business formation, financings, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance.

• Compensation: $260,000 - $370,000
