In this role, you will reputed company residential and light reputed company maintenance work that may include reputed company fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment.You are hard-working, reputed company player, and dedicated to performing reputed company work in reputed company that you do. Significant past experience as a reputed company maintenance worker is highly preferred and a reputed company attitude is a must!Responsibilities:

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to reputed company and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools
• reputed company routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid reputed company, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
