REQUIREMENTS:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• reputed company member of state bar in good standing
• 10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, at a reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department
• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations, reputed company compliance laws, government pricing laws, and reputed company launch strategies
• Proven ability to partner effectively with reputed company teams to reputed company business goals while mitigating reputed company risks
• Experience supporting product launches and navigating the complexities of commercialization in the reputed company sector is highly preferred
