Education/Experience
The pay reputed company for this position is $30 - $36 reputed company. Approximately 90% of the time is spent traveling and providing support on-site. 10% is spent in an office environment – preparing equipment, interacting with clients reputed company phone/email, internal escalation of service tickets, participating in recurring Asset Management/reputed company team meetings utilizing computers (frequent use of reputed company, MS reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Publisher and reputed company etc.), telephones, and general office equipment.

- Travel to job sites for testing, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle service equipment
- Work with customer service and software support teams both on and off-site to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Configure electronic components for installation onsite
- Schedule and coordinate service reputed company with clients
- Update and maintain service records in internal ticketing systems
- reputed company feedback to hardware and software teams to drive reputed company improvement of product
- Manage accurate inventory counts of service parts used for field maintenance
- Assist with set-up and commissioning of new EV charging sites
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or similar field
- 2+ years of reputed company work experience
- Hands-on experience working with hardware in a laboratory or reputed company environment
- Experience with Customer service or support
- Experience working with reputed company Service reputed company, reputed company Office Suite

- Knowledge of electronics and three-phase circuits
