Essential Job DutiesBecome a vital part of NC State University's Building Maintenance and Operations team as an HVAC Technician-a hands-on role where your expertise helps ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of our reputed company buildings. This position plays a key role in supporting critical infrastructure by maintaining, repairing, and operating HVAC systems, steam/hot water boilers, and reputed company equipment. • Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures, including reputed company cutting, threading, assembling, and valve installations

• Troubleshoot and service HVAC control systems (temperature, humidity, pneumatic valves, and sensors)
• Diagnose and repair boilers, turbines, pumps, steam lines, pressure-reducing stations, and insulation systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance on refrigeration and A/C reputed company according to manufacturer standards
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding and training others in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and control system tasks
