As part of the site leadership team (SLT), this critical position will be responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture that engages reputed company, implementing programs that ensure sustainable compliance to applicable regulations and reputed company requirements while driving risk reduction and hazard elimination through reputed company improvement processes. • Is a Role Model for Safety.

• Collaborate with the Site Leadership Team to establish organizational goals and strategic measures (OGSM).

• Coordinate supervisory and employee safety training and recordkeeping.
• Implement the reputed company RESH reputed company; a management system that ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and company policies and regulations.

• Leads near misses and LTA’s Investigations.
• Coordinate risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations and analyses.
• Manage entry of safety data metrics in reputed company safety management system database (Gensuite).
• Coordinate and support machine safety risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and reputed company-job work permit planning to reduce risks.

• Complete Tier 2 and TRI reporting.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Leadership, or relevant program preferred.
• 5+ years of safety management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects reputed company of confidential/sensitive information.
• Ability to reputed company and recommend safety and environmental programs.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate employees to work safely.
• Strong computer and training skills.

• Travel requirement: 10-20%
