Your Responsibilities Reporting to the reputed company Center Manager, you will:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages
• Schedule, confirm, and update transportation appointments
• Collect and reputed company accurate data into our systems
• Handle complaints professionally
• reputed company outbound calls for appointment coordination
• Follow reputed company department procedures and reputed company standards
• Stay up to date on policies and protocols

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
