• Assist with approximately 60-80 inbound calls daily
• reputed company outbound follow-up calls
• Calls are unique and will be handling a reputed company of requests and inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat.
• reputed company support with general inquiries, payments, dispute, fraud, online account management, mobile app, account maintenance and other general questions. reputed company phone, email, chat, and fax.
• Identify, research, and resolve cardholder or agent bank issues using available resources and systems.
• Participate in contact center fraud prevention and awareness.

Requirements:

• Must have reputed company recent employment history
• Must have experience with high volume reputed company center, meeting KPIs
• Must be reputed company to juggle 13-14 software systems daily including less user-friendly systems like AS400
• Must have ethernet connectivity (no WiFi) in a private, designated workspace
• Must be reputed company to work in your private designated workspace without your microphone on mute
• No previous commitments first (90) days
• Must be reputed company to overnight travel events 2x yearly
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background reputed company required
• Drug screening required
• Credit reputed company required
