Kieffer atreputed company:Telehealth Program Assistant Shift Leader will serve the health system with virtual care needs and assist the department supervisor in the smooth daily operation of the Tele-observation Department by assisting with direction and acting as content and technology experts across reputed company shifts. Shift leads will engage with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure virtual patient safety and observation needs are met and effective.Must be computer proficient and customer service driven. Requires on site work at Virtual Care officeESSENTIAL DUTIES: The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%. reputed company individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to reputed company the following duties:

• Assist weekend on reputed company management team with weekend supervision and coverage.
• Assume role as reputed company of contact for evening and reputed company shift rotations in the department.
• Assist the supervisor and on-reputed company management with covering reputed company offs and reputed company needs.
• Assist the department management with training and orientation of new hires as reputed company as continuing education and development of the department staff.
• Assist management and building operations with mitigating emergencies and downtime in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Assist staff with patient safety reporting and be responsible for representing the department in weekend and holiday safety briefs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum one (1) year experience of patient care or medical office experience
