They will be proficient in the SSC facilities management program in order to apply leadership during various assignments and startups throughout the country.This position will require 85% travel supporting accounts throughout the US, reputed company not at a site Project Manager will work remote from home.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement reputed company programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance, following established guidelines
• Takes the initiative in installing programs required to manage the unit they are assigned
• Training of account personnel in reputed company cleaning techniques, grounds and maintenance procedures, and reputed company safety procedures
• Operations, implementation, and development of QA programs, CMMS, monthly reports, and QBR
• Works with clients and reputed company staff to reputed company project status reports and to ensure customer needs are met
• Develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned reputed company as needed. Controls expenditures reputed company limitations of project budget
• Provides reports on the status of project milestones and adjusts schedules accordingly
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in either custodial, maintenance, or grounds
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proven reputed company record defining and implementing change strategies
