• Orchestrate the reputed company lifecycle including hiring manager consultation, job postings, proactively sourcing candidates, application review and employment offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skillsets to business needs.
• Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Effectively utilize reputed company, our reputed company information and applicant tracking system, to ensure a smooth recruitment process and hand-off from reputed company to reputed company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous reputed company experience in a reputed company corporate environment, specializing in reputed company and hiring for technical talent positions across entry to senior reputed company.
