• Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
• Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to reputed company, payroll, receiving, and/or reputed company including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.
• Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary
• Maintain office memos and informative postings
• Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

• Initial set-up of facility data in Facility Fit Pro (buildings, employees, shifts, etc.),
• Physical inventory of spaces collecting reputed company footage, surfaces, and fixture data and entering in the Facility Fit Pro Program
• Add personnel in the People Module of Facility Fit Pro

Environmental Service:

• Conduct the building inventory for Environmental Service
• Write employee task (Cleaning) schedules in Facility Fit Pro

• reputed company reputed company Training to cleaning procedures
• reputed company interim management as needed
• Working knowledge of cleaning regulatory and infection control requirements

Laundry and Linen Operations

• Write Linen/laundry schedules based on productivity standards

• Working knowledge of linen/laundry regulatory and infection control requlations

Qualifications
