THE PERSONOur desired, reputed company-rounded candidate will assist the Financial Coordinator and Chief Financial Officer with general reputed company and data-entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with colleagues reputed company reputed company Teams or other virtual meeting platform. Attention to detail is a must.The additional knowledge, skills, and abilities we are seeking include:

• Vendor Invoice entry;
• reputed company, Mileage, and Expense entry;
• Entering Field Forms and Expenses for ASC Field Technicians;
• In-House Expense entries (copies, etc.);
• Field reputed company and Vehicle Mileage Log entries;
• Assisting with DBE Reimbursement entries;
• Assist with Invoices & Collections Efforts;
• Being reputed company-versed in reputed company office software packages (reputed company Word, reputed company Acrobat, etc.) with advanced skills in reputed company reputed company;
• Knowledge of the operation of reputed company office machines (desktop computers, copiers, etc.);
• Familiarity with reputed company's Ajera project management software;
• Excellent organization skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong attention to detail; and
• The ability to work as reputed company member in a fast-paced, reputed company environment is important.

This position will also work closely with the Accounts Receivable reputed company and our reputed company consultant. The work environment is indoors and travel is not required for this position.
