- Reviews and edits all SOWs, Exhibits, PCRs, LIQs for clarity, consistency, formatting and correctness
- Coordinates with Services Sales, Management, Legal, Finance and various other departments to route documents through the published approval process via Trace 3.
- Processes documents for Wind River signature
- Provides signed approved documents package to Services Bookings personnel for booking and project creation
- Interfaces with customers to resolve purchase order problems and documentation issues
- Works with various departments to revise and update approval requirements and proposal templates
- Manages and adapts to fast paced, changing work environment
- 5-10 years job related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to use software tools for opportunity tracking, project creation, and document editing
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
- Initiative to solve issues, resourceful, service oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Experience working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects
- Detail oriented with ability to work with high levels of quality and accuracy
