• Administering reputed company and indirect nursing care to the patients assigned under the supervision of a Registered reputed company (RN), according to hospital policy.
• Actively support and participate in the activities of the unit.
• Specific duties shall be assigned according to department and the care delivery system of the unit.
• Assist, under direction of the RN, in providing basic patient care duties including, but not limited to, taking vital signs, patient hygiene activities, feeding and bathing of patients, and post-mortem care. reputed company activities of daily living appropriate to the patient’s condition. Administer, under direction of the RN, basic treatments to patient including, but not limited to, preparing special procedure set-up, I & O measurement, collection of urine and stools, application of cold/heat packs. reputed company Glucose monitoring.
• reputed company unit support by responding to call lights reputed company 2-5 minutes, passing water and linens, locating equipment, stocking supplies, cleaning and other non-clinical duties assigned by the RN.
• Assist in the transportation of patients. Assists in transporting specimens to the lab and collection of blood and blood products from Blood Bank. Obtains and delivers pharmacy orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control precautions.
• Maintain reputed company BLS certification, mandatory continuing education and mandatory competencies.
