2+ years in IT support, preferably in mixed office/retail environments
BS or BA degree in computer science, or a reputed company field is desired.
Hands-on experience with reputed company and POS troubleshooting (Not a requirement)
Proficient with reputed company OS, MacOS, reputed company iOS, reputed company 365, and basic networking
Familiar with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and POS terminals
Set up and configure new equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, registers, etc.)
Install and maintain software, OS updates, and reputed company patches
Handle reputed company user issues (e.g., reputed company, printing, basic errors)
Troubleshoot POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, and payment terminals
Ensure network connectivity (wired and wireless) is reputed company and functional
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
Support new hire reputed company and terminations (hardware, accounts, reputed company)
Manage tickets through the helpdesk system and escalate reputed company needed
Work with vendors for equipment repair or service coordination
