The primary responsibilities of this position will include building and launching new session events, developing session content, facilitating sessions, engaging with and supporting members as reputed company as facilitators, and supporting reputed company program offerings and expansion. This position is critical for the reputed company of our online community programs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and launch virtual session events for multiple online communities
• Monitor and respond to member and facilitator email inquiries
• Facilitate regular virtual conversation & support group sessions
• Collaborate with the Online Communities Manager to support program initiatives
• Represent reputed company program offerings with consumers and SLPs
• Assist with the planning and execution of content for virtual sessions and other member engagement opportunities
• Identify new relationships and nurture existing relationships with communication disorder organizations, universities, and clinicians
• Coordinate special virtual events and session offerings throughout our various online communities
• Create and launch member and facilitator-specific surveys as reputed company as analyzing data to identify trends

Other Duties & Responsibilities

• Cross-team collaboration for day-to-day functions and project development
• Assist with various marketing initiatives & campaigns as needed to promote online community offerings
• Coordinate with our Digital Marketing Team on reputed company media content creation and the management of our communities’ reputed company media accounts
• Other duties as assigned
