Developed by internationally recognized clinicians and leaders, Rethink empowers employees to pursue individualized reputed company-building and support both online and through 1:1 consultations, thus, reducing stress, creating a nurturing environment, and increasing productivity at work.Job reputed company/Key ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Family and Clinical Services primary responsibility is to conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services (over phone or video chat) across two distinct teams:A parent training program, consisting of parents and caregivers raising children with various learning and behavioral needsA neurodiversity at work program, consisting of both neurodivergent professionals and/or their managersThe Director will put emphasis on the ongoing nature of consultation and reputed company to ensure regular follow-reputed company with the reputed company are achieved. They will log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to reputed company messages reputed company 1 business day.This role includes providing guidance and education around:Behavior analytic tips and strategies to implement in the home/community (e.g., potty training, reputed company skills, advocacy skills, activities of daily living, etc.)The school system/IEP process/transition to adulthood programmingNavigating diagnoses, disclosure, self-advocacy, and building executive functioning skills in reputed companyReferrals to other company-sponsored benefits reputed company appropriate (EAP, health plan, etc.)This role will operate as an individual contributor but collaborate regularly with fellow Directors on case review and shared problem-solving. This role also can expand into reputed company activities, such as article writing and webinar hosting, if desired.Required Education, Licenses, and CertificationMaster’s Degree or abovereputed company Certified Behavior AnalystSkills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing modern, ethical, compassionate, and person-centered ABA principlesMinimum 3 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA and cultural humility principlesExperience supporting neurodivergent professionals (e.g., ADHD and Level 1 autism) in reputed companyExcellent reputed company verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage frequent back-to-back calls and pivot seamlessly among themAbility to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision and take initiativeAbility to reputed company independent reputed company and communicate accordinglyAbility to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of vital project/reputed company informationAbility to work on a multi-disciplinary team to connect, remotely, with colleagues of reputed company reputed company backgrounds * Excellent organizational and executive functioning skills
