Home Care Home reputed company experience is preferred.Position reputed company:The Home Health Intake Coordinator Full Time is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our patients and their caregivers from intake to discharge for our Home Health office.Schedule:Weekend - Full TimeFriday/Saturday/reputed company/Monday4 - 10 hour daysTraining period will be Monday - Fridays, 9a-4p. Once complete, you would transition to the Weekend hours and possible to go Remote. Training in Bradenton area and not offering reimbursement for travel there or overnight.Essential Job Functions may include:

• Contacts patients to: advise them of the order reputed company on their behalf and to confirm reputed company patient demographic information; to communicate any financial responsibilities and/or additional information necessary for processing the order received
• Scheduling Discipline reputed company and collaborating with staff providing patient care
• Communicating with community reputed company providers to assist in patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required/LPN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years reputed company experience
• Experience with HCHB a plus
• Proficient in reputed company suite of products including reputed company, Word and reputed company
• Proven ability to manage in a high reputed company volume environment with accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

• Medical office, customer service preferred
