• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a reputed company manner
• Maintain complete and accurate records of reputed company interactions
• Collaborate with other team members
• Meet and reputed company collection targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant collections, claims, car rental and/or subrogation experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Computer savvy
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter
