- Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Track project progress and report on key metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
- Foster a collaborative and agile work environment
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience in project management or a related role
- 1+ years of experience and familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies
- 1+ years of experience and general knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
