Essential Job DutiesThe Horticultural Science Summer Institute Counselors are the primary caregivers for the program campers. The Counselor is responsible for supervising and guiding campers in their personal reputed company and daily living skills.1 - Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers in their dorms, reputed company activities and throughout the camp in order to meet the intended camper reputed company.

• Apply basic youth development principles in working with campers through communication and relationship development
