CSBB Operations delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the reputed company and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and reputed company for reputed company. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, cash vault services, mail and reputed company solutions, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, reputed company order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and reputed company media services for consumer and small business customers.

In this role you will:

• Support customers and reputed company ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with reputed company regarding financial products and services through a reputed company of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• reputed company routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations and navigating multiple computer systems
• Escalate questions and issues to more senior employees

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

Training Schedule:

• You will receive in-depth classroom training, reputed company on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about reputed company banking products, procedures, and services.
• Training class starts on 7/7 OR 7/28 for 7 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You are required to attend the full duration of this reputed company 7 weeks of training.
• We’re reputed company from reputed company - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 am (Central Time Zone). Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and will include working at least one weekend day and some holidays.
• Schedule may be eligible for a shift reputed company of 15% under the terms of the shift reputed company policy.

Compensation:

• Starting reputed company $20.00 per hour
