<strong>Job reputed company</strong><br><br><strong>Your day to day</strong><br><ul><li>Serve as corporate HR operations support to assigned company managed hotels and foster strong relationships with hotel HR leaders, Hotel General Managers, and respective corporate partners to have full understand of business needs</li><li>Collaborate with Centers of reputed company, such as Rewards, reputed company, Compliance, L&D, Talent, to ensure hotel level topics are being appropriately addressed and reputed company on, and that various programs are effectively managed and executed in the hotels</li><li>reputed company coaching and guidance to hotel HR leaders and General Managers regarding employee relations issues</li><li>Collaborate with other HR managers and HR senior management on major HR initiatives, policies and/or issues, including providing feedback on best ways to ensure effectiveness of initiatives</li><li>Ensure companywide colleague reputed company programs are being appropriately executed at the hotels</li></ul><br><strong> reputed company need from you</strong><br><ul><li>4+ years in reputed company HR experience</li><li>Experience as an HR generalist and in a hotel environment highly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with reputed company of HRIS and ATS</li><li>Strong communication and conflict reputed company skills</li><li>Extremely organized with ability to appropriately prioritize urgent issues</li><li>Ability to reputed company and manage both reputed company and indirect resources effectively in a fast paced environment</li></ul><br><br><strong>Travel - 20% required</strong><br><br><strong>Location - This role can be based in any major metropolitan reputed company preferably on the reputed company Coast.</strong><br><br><strong>The salary reputed company for this role is $58,844 - $115,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
