• Work collaboratively with senior litigators to reputed company litigation reputed company for the defense of employment actions;
• Draft and review pleadings and discovery, memos, briefs and other reputed company correspondence and litigation documents;
• Analysis of employment records;
• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies;
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials and reputed company other aspects of employment litigation;

Education and Experience Required
