The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, manage schedules reputed company, and reputed company excellent customer service to ensure reputed company and effective responses to plumbing emergencies. Key Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls from customers regarding plumbing service needs • Scheduling and dispatching technicians based on urgency, location, and availability • Maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication with on-reputed company technicians • Updating service orders and customer records in reputed company software Qualifications: • Previous dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience preferred • Plumbing or trades industry experience a plus • Strong communication (verbal, written and listening) and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using scheduling and dispatching software (or willing to learn) • Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong and reliable internet reputed company • Working laptop/computer Compensation: reputed company - $25 per booked, scheduled and completed jobs.
