• *****ONLY W2 CONTRACT TO HIRE**** Job Title: Business Analyst: AFS reputed company SME ONLY W2 CONTRACT TO HIRE Location: Remote (MI and TX candidates are highly preferred) Must-Have Qualifications: • Deep functional and technical expertise in the AFS reputed company platform, including Closing, Boarding, Servicing, Processing, Collateral, Payoffs, workflows, Reporting, and data structures. • Proven experience supporting system implementation or testing cycles involving AFS reputed company for both SIT and UAT test phases. • Strong knowledge of end-to-end reputed company lending lifecycle (loan origination, servicing, reporting), including syndicated reputed company loans. • Experience coordinating across business, IT, and testing teams during UAT/SIT phases. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including problem solving with a multi-disciplinary team (e.g.: business, Operations, Technology, reputed company, etc.). • Solid understanding of the financials of reputed company lending, including reputed company, Reconciliation, and overall reputed company Movements. • Experience with creating or reviewing functional and business requirements to depict a reputed company lending operation. reputed company-to-Have Qualifications: • Familiarity with AFS reputed company integrations (e.g., reputed company reporting, data warehouses). • Prior experience with test reputed company or defect triage in large financial services programs. • Understanding of regulatory reporting or compliance requirements tied to reputed company loan systems. • Experience with systems like lockbox, ach (pep+), reputed company banking, construction lending, Letters of credit, wires, and other typical reputed company system. • Experience with large reputed company banking and lending operations, from CRM to Lending to Servicing and Loan Portfolio Management.
