Part-Time Creative Marketing Assistant (10-25 hours per week)

Inner Matrix Systems (IMS) is seeking a highly dependable, driven, and motivated Part Time Creative Marketing Assistant for 10-25 hours per week. This person will drive our content marketing... efforts and play a key role in marketing initiatives across all platforms. This includes writing, editing, and posting blogs, social media content, and emails, tracking analytics, optimizing and owning results, and taking pride in exceptional work. In this role, you will be a valued support member of the Team and leverage your skill set to set IMS up for success by growing our online presence to ultimately grow our business. This is not your average part time position! You will be working alongside passionate, dedicated bad-asses who bring out the best in each other, and support a community of people through our personal mastery training events. What Would You Be Doing? Collaborate and execute marketing initiatives across all platforms Own all things social media including, but not limited to: Upload videos to YouTube Craft short summary blog posts of videos and post to corresponding website Craft and schedule multiple weekly emails to several lists using established templates Optimize by keywords and SEO specific to each platform Track all metrics Create, manage, and schedule Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIN content Design social media and other marketing graphics in Canva General copywriting/messaging/positioning in brand voice Required Skills Ability to manage a myriad of details, personalities, and variety of needs in a professional, organized, and positive manner Has a proven track record of growing a brand online Must be able to navigate GSuite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc) Must be outcome oriented, flexible, professional, and positive Must be proficient in Canva Has an entrepreneurial spirit and takes initiative Takes ownership in their role and it dedicated to the outcome no matter what Nice to Have Skills Experience using Hubspot Marketing platform Experience using Hubspot CRM A knack for taking a process and making it better Adobe Suite aptitude Why We re Excited About You You love people and are inspired by supporting others in growth You are open and up for a challenge, you are a problem solver, and you are excited to work to create an online brand and experience that grows our company You have a proven track record of growing a brand online - you have writing examples, social media chops, and experience scaling a company You enjoy being a member of a team and working to grow the organization You are reliable, do what you say and say what you do You are organized, always willing to pitch in, and love a good day's work What to know before you apply IMS is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of the employment Visa process at this time IMS is a fast-paced, performance based environment. You can expect to grow into the highest-performing version of yourself This is an independent contractor role, not an employee role This position is remote or in-person or hybrid This position is hourly: $24-$35 starting rate; compensation based on experience This position is 10-25 hours per week About Inner Matrix Systems IMS is a personal mastery training system for high achievers. This proprietary system rewires, trains, and aligns your nervous system, emotions, and thought strategies to create real life results. Very much like an elite athlete would train his/her body at the gym, personal mastery comes from training the correct inner tools and techniques consistently over time. IMS offers this training system in the form of in-person and virtual weekend seminars, guided weekly inner training sessions, and weekly support from a certified IM Trainer.
