Virtual Administrative Assistant - Remote | Work From Home Position Overview... Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant contractor, you will be the primary liaison for our clients, significantly contributing to their operational success. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks tailored to meet client needs, including:  Managing email communications (sorting and filtering)  Conducting in-depth online research  Overseeing calendar management (scheduling, confirming, canceling, or rescheduling meetings and appointments)  Following up with clients/customers via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, and email  Creating, proofing, and editing PowerPoint presentations and various documents  Performing data entry tasks  Coordinating travel arrangements  Assisting with event planning and coordination  Updating and managing CRM systems  Supporting email newsletters  Managing social media profiles  Developing workflows and processes  Preparing spreadsheets and reports  Offering assistance with personal tasks as required  Providing support and training on new software and making recommendations Required Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:  Excellent organizational capabilities  Proficiency in internet and computer applications  Typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM and accuracy  Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Candidates are required to meet the following qualifications:  Associate or Bachelor's degree  Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week)  U.S.-based candidates only  Ability to work independently without supervision  Must be available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST  Willingness to conduct meetings via Google Meet with clients as necessary  Commitment to a one-year working agreement  Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or creative field  Ability to successfully pass background and reference checks Career Growth Opportunities By joining our contractor network, you will gain access to an exclusive job board featuring opportunities that align with your skills and interests.
