We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from Indonesia. Job Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system. • Answer customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. • Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively. • Manage returns and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Work efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers. Requirements: • Proficiency in... German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls and other tasks.
