Principales responsabilités • S'assurer que tous les projets sont livrés à temps dans les limites de la portée et du budget stipulés Diriger l'initiation et la planification d'un projet et s'assurer de la faisabilité technique • Assurer la disponibilité et l'allocation des ressources • Élaborer un plan détaillé pour surveiller et suivre l'avancement du projet • Coordonner avec les parties internes et externes pour l'exécution sans faille des... projets • Gérer les relations entre les clients et les parties prenantes • Mesurer la performance d'un projet à l'aide d'outils de gestion de projet appropriés Études ou certifications minimales requises • Baccalauréat en discipline commerciale ou expérience équivalente. • PMP Certification un atout • Expérience ou compétences minimales requises 3+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion de projet • Doit être bilingue français et anglais • Microsoft Project • Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes • Solides compétences interpersonnelles • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite Exigences physiques et conditions de travail • Environnement de bureau normal avec jusqu'à 10 % de déplacements Job Description Summary The Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope. Duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project. Become a SME in the EV space with an industry leader! Major Responsibilities • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects • Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools Minimum Education or Certifications Required • Bachelor's degree in business discipline or equivalent experience. • PMP Certification Minimum Experience or Skills Required • 3+ years in a project management role • Must be bilingual Canadian French and English • Extensive experience Microsoft Project • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical Requirements and Working Conditions • Normal office environment with up to 10% travel requirements Benefits We offer competitive compensation and benefits (which vary based on role, location, and business), including physical and mental health initiatives, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid holiday/vacation.
