Key Responsibilities  Accurately record and update shipment details in our database, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.  Proactively identify and correct discrepancies in the data entry process.  Effectively communicate with team members regarding updates and necessary amendments.  Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adhere to established protocols. Required Skills  Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.  Strong numerical reasoning abilities and expertise in Excel.  Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
