The Associate Technology Analyst invests in the future of Southwest by supporting product development for teams throughout Crew Operations, Reservations , and Cargo. In addition, this cross-functional role collaborates with various Employees to deliver enhancements that elevate our customers' flying experience. The Associate Technology Analyst is a detail-oriented thinker, who is innovative and excited to drive the future of Southwest Airlines. The Analyst selected would be for one of the following teams: Reservations and Cargo: The Amadeus Delivery team owns many of the Amadeus applications excluding ARD, Kiosk, and OPR. This analyst will need to leverage product knowledge to solve business problems across the enterprise priorities. This analyst will need to partner with business stakeholders to define and implement optimal solutions. This role will require the ability to communicate and mediate across multiple stakeholders. Air Operations: The Crew Operations S&R team prides itself on building products and application features that are crucial for Southwest Airlines and its customers. As an Associate Tech Analyst on this team, you will be the heartbeat of innovation, driving products that enhance our customers' flying experience. You will get to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Additional Details: • This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work.
