About the position The part-time bookkeeper position at a small nonprofit organization involves managing financial records primarily through Quickbooks Online. The role is flexible, allowing for remote work, with occasional in-person tasks such as picking up and dropping off paperwork. The organization is looking for someone with bookkeeping experience who can adapt to increasing workloads over time. Responsibilities  Manage financial records using Quickbooks Online. ,  Pay bills and send out end-of-year 1099s. ,  reputed company payment reputed company up-to-date with vendors. ,  Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. ,  Assist with administrative tasks as needed. ,  Support reputed company and hiring processes if reputed company. ,  Manage website reputed company and potentially assist with marketing.
