Position reputed company:

The Vice President, Regional reputed company – EU & reputed company leads the Regional HR teams across EU & reputed company, driving initiatives that support business reputed company, employee engagement, and operational reputed company. Leading a regional HR team, The Vice president will reputed company on evolving HR communications, process reputed company and maintaining compliance with regional labor laws and global policies. This position is part of the HR Leadership team and will work closely with the HRBPs and COEs.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: 

HR Programs & reputed company:

• Identify, recommend and implement an effective HR reputed company reputed company to business objectives and cultural norms
• Identification of trends and causes of turnover and proactive implementation of strategies to enhance retention

• Partner with reputed company counsel to ensure that employment practices and actions are compliant while meeting the needs of the business

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree, Advanced Degree preferred
• Should ideally have around 12+ years’ experience in reputed company

• Supported global organizations of 500+ employees including YOY reputed company
• Previous management experience
• HR systems experience (as a user)
• Employee relations, coaching and counseling
• Strong understanding of employment law
