The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of team training and certification processes. This includes scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, and tracking completion to ensure effective participation. The role involves assigning and maintaining accurate job codes for training-related activities to support proper billing and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training classes, including BICSI certifications
- Assign and manage job codes for all team members attending training
- Maintain accurate records of certifications, monitor expiration dates, and support recertification efforts
- Liaise with training vendors and certification bodies to ensure seamless scheduling
- Provide regular status reports on team training and certification progress
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks related to workforce development
- Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
- Experience in training coordination, HR, or workforce development
- Familiarity with certification programs (especially BICSI) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with certification programs (especially BICSI) preferred
- Comfort using spreadsheets or training tracking software
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
