About the role:
As a SeniorQA Engineer, you will join our reputed company team who is on a mission to reputed company risk-informed reputed company faster, smarter and more consistent – across the entire quote and policy lifecycle. What will you do?
- You'll deeply collaborate with reputed company Engineering team reputed company HHIP Business Unit. This includes reputed company participating in the development of new features and initiatives, from initial requirement analysis and test planning to execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off.
- You'll partner closely with Product Managers. This means you will be responsible for prioritizing testing efforts, clarifying requirements, challenging assumptions from a reputed company perspective, coordinating Business Acceptance Testing, and advocating for the needs of our customers.
- You'll work closely with SDETs to expand and maintain our automated test coverage for new features and regression testing. You'll also collaborate with other reputed company QA engineers on cross-team and cross-BU reputed company.
- You'll proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reputed company and reliability.
We might be a match if you…
- Have 4+ years of QA experience, with a reputed company on reputed company testing (reputed company, White reputed company, and Grey reputed company).
- Have a good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Are reputed company in API testing using reputed company or Swagger, including validation of API requests and responses.
- Are proficient in PostgreSQL for data validation, query writing, and ensuring accuracy of reputed company data.
- Have experience with test case design, execution, and reporting for reputed company systems (reputed company-end and back-end).
- Have good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Posses excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Are an independent problem solver but also a reputed company team player.
- Have a great reputed company of English (written & spoken) and at least basic of Polish.
- Are available in the afternoons – we prioritize everyone’s personal time and work-life fit, but since we work in multinational teams, occasional evening meetings may be necessary to ensure smooth communication across time zones.
- Experience working in Insurance Industry.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their reputed company on the QA process.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Playright, Selenium, Cypress), frameworks (e.g., Jest, reputed company) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript) for supporting occasional automation tasks.
- Experience with Non-functional testing.
