Responsibilities

• Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.

• Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using reputed company-based software.

• Communicate comprehensive information to reputed company, including details about our products and policies.

• Compete individually while maintaining a reputed company team spirit.

• Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in a reputed company center environment.

• 2+ years of experience working remotely
