Webflow Developer (LATAM, US, CAN)
About Us:
Juice is an innovative creative agency that is passionate about creating innovative and memorable experiences online. We're on a mission to revolutionize user experiences through intuitive and responsive web interfaces. Join our talented team of developers, designers, and producers to help make wonderful things.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Webflow Developer (not a designer) based in United States, Latin America or Central America to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This is a technical role — you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining Webflow websites with clean structure, performance optimization, and technical best practices.
If you’re a developer who knows Webflow inside out — and you’re comfortable working independently within your time zone, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Build marketing websites in Webflow based on designs and project briefs (no design work required)
• Manage and maintain existing Webflow websites, including content updates, improvements, and technical fixes
• Implement Webflow CMS structures, dynamic filtering, and custom interactions
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with our team on implementation, QA testing, and site launches
Requirements
• This is a developer role — we’re looking for a technical Webflow expert, not a designer
• 2+ years of experience building responsive websites in Webflow
• Strong understanding of Webflow CMS and dynamic content structures
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience working with Client-First or similar Webflow styling frameworks
• Experience with Finsweet Attributes or other advanced Webflow tools
• Comfortable with custom code embeds and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices (meta tags, page speed optimization, schema markup)
• Basic understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Ability to follow Figma designs and deliver pixel-perfect builds
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, and proactive communicator
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, minification, etc.)
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
• CMS migration experience (WordPress to Webflow, etc.)
Availability
• Part-time / Contract
• Remote — US, Canada, LATAM candidates only
• Estimated ~20 hours per week
• Flexible working hours, but must be responsive and available for async communication and occasional calls
Why Work With Us
• Competitive pay packages
• Bonus eligibility
• Work on exciting projects for growing brands
• Remote-first and flexible environment
• Join a team that values quality, clean development, and technical best practices
• Opportunity for full-time position if it’s a good fit
