Remote Pharmacy Technician

reputed company is seeing a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician to support a reputed company startup reputed company on a 6-mos contract to perm assignment. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team reputed company and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified using risk stratification algorithms. These interventions may involve obtaining and recording health and contact information, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-reputed company issues, and performing patient engagement activities.
